<h5><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Handle travel enquiries from phone calls, email, social media etc.</li>
<li>Attend to walk-in customers.</li>
<li>Issue travel documents, follow up with post-sales servicing etc.</li>
<li>Tour leading opportunity.</li>
<li>Participate in road-shows &amp; travel fairs occasionally.</li>
<li>Any other job as may be assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Min GCE O level.</li>
<li>Bilingual.</li>
<li>Friendly disposition, sales and service-oriented.</li>
<li>Computer literate.</li>
<li>Meticulous and proactive.</li>
<li>Relevant working experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.</li>
<li>Able to work 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday).</li>
</ul>
<p>As this is a sales role, commissions will depend on performance.</p>
