<h5><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Handle travel enquiries from phone calls, email, social media etc.</li>
<li>Attend to walk-in customers.</li>
<li>Issue travel documents, follow up with post-sales servicing etc.</li>
<li>Participate in Job Fairs.</li>
<li>Tour leading opportunity.</li>
<li>Any other job as may be assigned.</li>

<h5><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Min GCE O level.</li>
<li>Bilingual &amp; Computer literate.</li>
<li>Meticulous and proactive.</li>
<li>Friendly disposition, sales and service-oriented.</li>
<li>Relevant working experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.</li>
<li>Able to work on alternate saturday.</li>
<li>As this is a sales role, commissions will depend on individual performance.</li>

<p>New Shan Travel is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position of Corporate Travel Consultant. You will work in a close-knit team with like-minded individuals and be reporting directly to the Manager, Corporate Travel.</p>

<h5><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Service corporate accounts&rsquo; travel needs, including but not limited to reservations, ticketing, hotel booking and visa applications.</li>
<li>Take turns to be on duty for After-Office Hours (AOH) servicing.</li>
<li>Service corporate accounts&rsquo; after-sales requirements including but not limited to reissue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund.</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in the travel industry is a definite advantage.</li>
<li>Experienced in using GDS such as Sabre.</li>
<li>Able to provide good service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.</li>
<li>Good communication and writing skills.</li>
<li>Good MS Excel and Word skills.</li>
<li>A team player and able to meet dead deadlines.</li>
<li>Fluent in both English and Chinese language</li>
