1. Corporate Sales

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Actively source for and acquire new SME and MNC corporate accounts, and revive dormant accounts.
  • Ensure existing corporate accounts are well-serviced and be the liaison between them and our ticketing consultants.
  • Track and ensure prompt payment by corporate accounts.
  • Prepare travel reports.
  • Perform due diligence on existing accounts and prospects.
  • Work closely with tourism boards, airlines and travel partners.
  • Collate and analyse data.
Requirements
  • At least a diploma holder or above
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Sales and service oriented.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Good work ethics, self-driven and sense of urgency.

2. Corporate Travel Consultant

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Service corporate accounts’ travel needs, including but not limited to reservations, ticketing, hotel booking, visa applications.
  • Take turn to be on duty for after-office hours servicing.
  • Service corporate accounts’ after-sales requirements, such as reissue, revalidation, cancellation, refund.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a definite advantage.
  • Experienced in using GDS such as Sabre.
  • Able to provide good service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good MS Excel and Word skills.

3. Executive, Wholesale Ticketing

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Services sub-agents’ needs, including but not limited to ticketing, reissue, void, cancellation, revalidation, reservations and enquiries.
  • Takes turn to be on duty for after-office hours servicing.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a definite advantage.
  • Experienced in using GDS such as Sabre, Travelport and Amadeus.
  • Able to provide good service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good MS Excel skills.

4. Fare Controller

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Download, edit and disseminate airline circulars, notices and fares internally (staff) and externally (sub-agents).
  • Maintain database of information, including but not limited to, fares, notices, circulars, ticket stock and sub-agents.
  • Extract, compile and analyse various reports such as performance, ticket stock, incentives and yield for internal and external uses.
  • Perform in-depth pricing analyses and yield management.
  • Formulate optimal pricing strategies.
  • Update and manage our automated ticketing tools and solutions.
  • Negotiate with airlines on fares.
  • Arrange trainings for staff pertaining to fares and airline matters.
  • Be the liaison point between company and all airlines.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Diploma and above.
  • Analytical, detailed and sharp.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.

5. IT Executive

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide IT technical end user and application support.
  • Conduct basic user training for in-house applications and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of Server (Windows & Linux), Systems/Network Infrastructure Administration & Support, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS) servers.
  • Monitor and maintain server and device health checks & backups.
  • Manage VMWare server administration and virtual desktop infrastructure.
  • Manage Organization’s IT Asset and documentation.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of Travel Technology solutions.
  • Assist in the Procurement and Licensing process.
  • Assist in Microsoft 365 Administration & configurations.
  • Assist in setup of events and roadshows.
  • Assist to manage infrastructure and physical security and PCI compliance.
  • Participate in Infrastructure Projects and implementation.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors on systems, replacement work or troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent with at least 3 years of hands on relevant technical working experience.
  • Knowledgeable in General IT and end user support.
  • Experience in configuring Firewall, Routers and Network switches.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Experience with VMWare vSphere and VMWare VDI Administration and Optimization will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and team player.
  • Good verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Required to be on standby after office hours.
