Andy Wong, Marketing Manager of New Shan Travel who accepted the award in Taipei on behalf of the company, commented, "New Shan Travel is very honoured to have been recognised by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau for our efforts in bringing more travellers to Taiwan. This is the third consecutive year that New Shan Travel has been awarded such a prestigious honour. This award will spur us to work even harder to contribute to Taiwan's tourism, be it group tour, FIT or incentive groups, to make Taiwan 'The Heart of Asia'."
