 DAY 3台中–太阳饼DIY–埔里酒厂–广兴纸寮–清境农场(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)  
• 1917年设立的埔里酒厂,很早就被遴选制造御用贡酒,从日据时代供日皇御用的万寿酒、光复后总统国宴的介寿绍兴酒,到新近研发上市的爱兰白酒、爱兰囍酒,都是珍品佳酿。酒厂更成功开发一些酒的相关产品,如绍兴冰棒、绍兴米糕、绍兴卤味、绍兴茶叶蛋等,亦值得一尝。
• 古时造纸,一般搭寮于河边取汲水源,由于河水不定时泛滥,所以设立之工作场域,并不舒敞宽大为主,反而以简单、易于撤离之设施,做为工作的环境。故不以纸厂自居,我们叫做纸寮。
• 具有台湾唯一的高山牧场生态的清境农场,有着辽阔壮丽的草原,不时可见那绵羊与牛只漫步于碧绿的草地上,远处搭配着山峦叠翠的背景,恍若置身于瑞士原野间。为了提供游客食宿需求,清境农场国民宾馆备有典雅舒适之套房、风味独到的餐厅及环境清幽的露营区,是适合休闲渡假的最佳去处。
