We had a good stay at this hotel this April. Everything was good, clean, nice staff, the best things is nice area nearby, grocery shop, caffees nearby, metro stop a minute away. The only negative is that the room did not resemble anything alike the photos (which caught my eye, as they were beautiful, rooms looked well decorated), but we did get a big quiet triple room with enormous bathroom:) I would come back to this hotel

I am just writing this review to share my experience in booking this hotel. I have reserved the hotel through an online platform (Priceline) while reserving multiple other hotels in different cities for a long trip. All of them went through, but I received an email after a day mentioning that I need to contact this hotel in 24 hours as they need more details. I contacted the whole a few times and there were no responses. I even wrote an email describing the situation and asking for what should be done and I didn't get any response back. After 24 hours, I received an email mentioning that the hotel has cancelled my reservation. Of course after that the were no rooms available and as the area is a popular destination, I had a very difficult time finding another place to stay in the middle of my trip. Overall, my brief experience with their customer service was not good and I do not suggest reserving this hotel as there are no guarantees and it might affect your whole trip plans.

this is a good hotel, super comfortable. very near to Metro station, surrounded by good bakeries and restaurants (+ fast food chains are around the corner) and are basically in the middle of the city.. about 30mins walk to Eiffel Tower. room is spacious for 2, comfortable bed and pillows, decent bathroom, great water pressure. there is mini fridge to store some snacks. iron, hair dryer, coffee and kettle are available. daily housekeeping, friendly receptionist and staffs. the AC was perfect for summer days. our room was quiet and we had good rest. they also provide luggage storage. the lift is small but this wasn't a problem for us.. only issue was that the room isn't soundproof, you can hear next door talking.
still, couldn't go wrong with this hotel - will be back the next time we're here!
