CORPORATE TICKETING EXECUTIVE
|
|
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Handles and manages the travel requirements of corporate (SME & MNC) accounts, such as ticket/visa/hotel reservation, issuance, payment and delivery.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with certified travel management certificate or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years relevant experience in airlines or travel agencies is a must.
- Service-oriented personality.
- Detailed, careful yet efficient.
- Very competent in Abacus.

| TICKETING EXECUTIVES / OFFICERS(CORPORATE / RETAIL / WHOLESALE DEPT) |

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for handling ticketing issuance and coordinating ticket delivery.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with certified travel management certificate or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in airlines/travel agencies.
- Dynamic, patient and pleasant personality.
- Working knowledge of Abacus/Amadeus.
- Sales driven with the ability to solve issues.
- Willing to work on shift duties and weekends.

TOUR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / OFFICER (USA / EUROPE / ASIA)
TOUR EXECUTIVE / OFFICER (USA / EUROPE / ASIA)

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with certified Travel Management certificate or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant experience in telephone & counter sales.
- Working knowledge of Abacus.
- Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading.
- Pleasant personality and sales-driven.
- Knowledge of Open Office or Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work on shift duties and weekends.
- Strong knowledge & experience in USA ( GV2)/Europe market and program.
